KEITH NUTTER SPARTANBURG, S.C. -- Keith Nutter, 75, of Spartanburg, formerly of Zela, Nicholas County, W.Va., died Thursday, Jan. 16, 1997, in Spartanburg Regional Medical Center. He was a retired self-employed carpenter, a Navy veteran of World War II, a member of American Legion Post 28 and a Methodist. Surviving: daughters, Sylvia Cavendish of Spartanburg, Macel Haynes of Collins, Miss., Jenny Stephens of Campobello, S.C.; sons, Allen L. of Toledo, Ohio, Keith Jr. of Sandyville, W.Va., Gary R. of Spartanburg; sisters, Everette Pierson of Summersville, W.Va., Eva Stover of South Charleston, W.Va.; brothers, Cecil H. and Edmond A., of Summersville, Elbridge O. of Clay, W.Va., Bona J. of Ripley, W.Va., Herbert D. of Hurricane, W.Va.; 15 grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren. Service will be 2 p.m. Sunday at White Funeral Home, Summersville, with the Rev. Larry Jones officiating. Burial will be in Pierson Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery, Zela.
